Not entirely satisfied with your FLAMMÉ purchase? We stand by the high quality of our products and offer returns & refunds for quality-related issues.
To start a return, please get in touch with us at hi@flamme.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll help to arrange a return shipping label and share further instructions on how and where to send your package. You can return your item for a different product, or get a full refund (excluding shipping) to the original payment method. We have a 30 days return policy.
International Returns

We also allow cancellations of orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at hi@flamme.com.au if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund.
